His vast experience includes the United Services Group, Midas International, Sparks Computerized Car Care, and Speedy Muffler King. Mr. Eckert has filled roles including President and COO, Regional Manager and Vice President of Operations. He specializes in growth, development, training, and creating cutting edge business models that meet the needs of advancing technology. Mr. Eckert has been a senior executive in the franchise industry for over 25 years. He is also the founding member of several other business endeavors. Mr. Eckert attended the University of Pittsburgh where he completed the coursework for the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business Young Executive Program.
Ken Parsons, President of Family Financial Centers, has been an executive with the company for the last ten years. In his role as President of Family Financial Centers, Mr. Parsons oversees construction, real estate, vendor and banking relationships. Mr. Parsons also has vast experience in acquisitions within the alternative financial services industry such as the purchase, lease and sale of the commercial real estate associated with the financial centers. Prior to his current roles he was a sales professional bringing more than seven years of experience in the product and service industries, working for Canon Solutions America Inc and Paychex Inc. He is a graduate of East Stroudsburg University.
Howard Beckman is Executive Vice President of Franchise Development effective March 16, 2022. Howard is an accomplished, results-driven executive and brings a notable record of success in sales management, performance and change management, coaching and mentoring, P&L management and analysis, strategic and tactical market planning, budget preparation and management, and team building. Howard is a dynamic and forward-thinking leader with a notable record of success in driving revenue, profitability and growth. Howard has several years of experience in our industry, from working with me at United Financial Services Group as Vice President of Franchisee Services, as well as Region Vice President at Ace Cash Express, running over 100 locations.
David Jenkelowitz is Director of Operations and Regulatory Compliance. David has more than 35 years of experience in retail financial services and business management of MSBs. Prior to joining Family Financial Centers, David was a General Manager of a NYC based Independent check cashing business, overseeing day-to-day operations and managing 20+ retail locations. He has also developed training manuals on check cashing and money handling along with enforcing check cashing policies and procedures. He’s a professional member of the Association of Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS) and is certified in AML/BSA Compliance. He’s active with the state chapters associated with the Financial Service Centers of America (FiSCA). David will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations and compliance across the network of Family Financial Centers.
Daniel Kravets serves as Family Financial Centers’ Corporate Legal Counsel. Mr. Kravets graduated from Drexel University in May 2016 with his Juris Doctor. He also received his Bachelor of Science, with Honors, Political Science Degree from Drexel in June 2013. Daniel received several accolades from Drexel University including Merit Scholar, Best Student Performance, along with being a Dean’s Scholarship Recipient and making the Dean’s List multiple years. He has experience working with businesses and entrepreneurs, litigating civil and commercial matters, consumer protection work, real estate and estate law, and more.
Edie Erhardt serves as Franchise & Marketing Administrator for Family Financial Centers. Edie works alongside the entire FFC staff, assisting with the processes and procedures for new franchisees as well as working with current franchisees on a daily basis. Prior to joining FFC, Edie worked at AAMCO Transmission Systems, Inc. for 30 years, most recently as Assistant to the COO, working with both the Operations and Marketing Departments.
