Family Financial Centers (FFC) are not banks, we are financial service centers that offer not only check cashing, but several other financial products/services including bill payment, money orders, wire transfers, prepaid debit cards and more. We even sell Bitcoin at select locations!
During the Covid-19 pandemic, FFC locations were deemed “essential businesses” and remained open even when bank lobbies were closed, providing customers the opportunity to cash payroll checks, federal stimulus checks, and unemployment checks. Additionally, FFC locations leveraged technology by utilizing Visa® Debit Cards to remotely download payroll checks, giving customers access to their funds without having to come into the store.
All FFC locations implemented safety protocols that were in line with CDC guidelines. Employees were provided with the necessary training and tools needed to manage their responsibilities while staying protected.
